In the Beginning:
In 1990, I started Cowgill Builders, Inc. I built scattered site spec. and custom homes. However, it wasn't much of a challenge. I decided to put my energy into doing only custom additions. So, I created Vision Design and Build, Inc. in 1999. Vision Design and Build, Inc. has been proudly performing the highest quality of work and supplying the highest quality products for more than 12 years.
My office is in Willow Springs, IL. I have been at that location for nearly 10 years. It is easy to get to from the north, south, east or west. With the intersections of 294, 55 and Archer Ave. it's convenient. Clients are welcomed to the office for sample selections and plan reviews or just for conferences or updates. I have spent a great deal of time giving back. I work with Habitat for Humanity and Illinois Dept. of Public Health.
Where we're going:
Vision Design and Build, Inc. is strong and will be here, long into the future. I don't have any desire to become the biggest. I believe it is more important to give my clients the best they can afford in a timely manner. Working on a personal level creates as better understanding of what you want and what I can do.
